We provide attentive, direct warranty service for all watches sold in our store. You do not need to worry about the proximity of a local service center; thanks to reliable courier networks, any quality issues arising during the warranty period—provided they are not caused by misuse or accidental damage—can be resolved through free repairs upon the watch's return to our store.

Please note that damage to components such as the crystal, crown, clasp, strap, or case resulting from normal wear and tear will be charged at the cost of the replacement part.

Important Notice:

Watches are marked with specific water-resistance ratings; water damage caused by use beyond these limits is not covered under warranty. Watches require proper care and maintenance. Mechanical watches, in particular, should be worn regularly to ensure sufficient power reserve and prevent stopping. Please use your watch appropriately.
